Overview
We are recruiting for a role that blends traditional sales responsibilities with project-based analysis to identify, develop and implement unmet needs in the market. This role is less about selling to clients and more about working with our sales executive teams to grow smarter. We expect the individual to know the insurance market, understand our clients, and deliver results. We want someone who sees the bigger picture and knows how to act on it.
Office-based with flexibility
While we prefer a collaborative office environment where you can build relationships and develop your skills alongside your colleagues, we offer flexibility regarding the number of days you work in the office and your working hours.
Responsibilities
* Identify customers over a broad spectrum across the Group to identify gaps in cover.
* Develop and implement projects to initiate new offerings, keeping initiatives on track and align sales with long term growth.
* Understand evolving client needs.
* Analyse data to spot recurring issues that could be addressed with alternative products.
* Create suitable packages (e.g. property + cyber + liability) tailored to specific indistries.
* Relationship building and supporting sales executives to spot cross-sell triggers.
* We expect the individual to know the insurance market, understand our clients, and deliver results.
* We want someone who sees the bigger picture and knows how to act on it.
Training
During your training period, we expect you to work in the office to gain hands-on experience and connect with your team. After this, we can adapt to both business and personal needs. Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
