Description
* Lead the end-to-end transformation of European O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with regional teams to identify challenges and implement tailored solutions.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
* Monitor progress against transformation goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Develop and document standardised workflows for O2C activities across European markets.
* Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill regional teams on new processes.
* Utilise data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators.
* Provide expert advice on O2C processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Profile
A successful European O2C Transformation Owner should have:
* Demonstrable experience in accounting or finance within a multinational organisation.
* Proven expertise in transforming O2C processes or similar operations.
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams across Europe.
* Proficiency in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
