Business Development Manager
Access & Safety Division | North of England
Circa £50,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

PTSG’s Access & Safety Division is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to win meaningful, long-term business.
You’ll be selling inspection, maintenance and repair services that are legally required, essential to the customer and critical to keeping people safe. That means informed conversations, credible decision-makers and contracts that actually last.
Covering the North of England, you’ll work with commercial, industrial, retail and residential clients, securing everything from large multi-year framework agreements through to one-off inspections and integrated, multi-service solutions alongside the wider PTSG Group. There’s real variety here — and real opportunity if you know how to build a pipeline properly.
You’ll be comfortable operating in a tendered environment, working on frameworks, managing formal bid processes and spotting opportunities to improve how services are delivered and scaled. This is not a “drop and run” role...
