Clinical Operations Lead
CK Group is recruiting a Clinical Operations Lead on a 6‑month contract basis.
Salary
* Per day: £450 - £500 (umbrella) or £339.27 - £376.97 PAYE basic
Role
* Ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of one or more studies through all phases and stages (start‑up, conduct, and close‑down).
* Represents the UK on the global study team.
* Responsible for site relations and recruitment in the country of origin.
* Provides direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), to ensure delivery of the study.
* Drives study timelines, budget, risk, and operational study plans including inclusive research or diversity plans, while ensuring quality and compliance.
Background
* Experience with all stages of UK studies (phase I‑IV, start‑up, and close‑out).
* Study‑start‑up experience preferred.
* Experience with contracts and costing templates.
* Study management experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
* A relevant Life Science degree (preferred).
