Location: Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9JB
Hours: 33 OR 44 hours per week - Days
Pay:£1 5.80 per hour
The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant youll play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Youll:
* Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager
* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews
* Ensure residents dignity, preferences, and wellbeing are always respected
* Help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and colleagues
Essential Criteria
* Experience as a Senior Carer in a Care Home
* Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to personalised care
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
