Job Description
Part-Time Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
* Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts in line with established procedures.
* Support the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain organised financial records and assist in data entry tasks.
* Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
* Respond to internal and external queries related to financial transactions.
* Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports when required.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant (Part Time) should have:
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Previous experience in a similar finance or administrative role.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

* Hourly rate of approximately £12.21-£14.40, depending on experience.
