Good communication skills are essential.
We are looking for people with recent relevant experience as a Support Worker to work shifts on an ongoing flexible basis. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
The available shifts are Earlies, Lates, and Nights, and you can choose which to work based on your availability. We are flexible with any availability, although we cannot offer school hours due to the shift patterns of the homes. The homes are all homely and well-run, varying in size with typically 4 to 6 service users, each with different needs and abilities. Most homes are on major bus routes, so driving is not required, and they are easily accessible from Hanley, Fenton, Stoke, Hartshill, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Longton, Heron Cross, and Trentham.
