Description
Are you ready for a fresh challenge and to make the move to the Joint Community Rehabilitation service? Can you put a spring back into Sue's steps? Sue lost confidence after injuring her hip in a fall, but she wanted to be able to walk her dog, Daisy, to the local park again.
We work with clients like Sue to achieve the goals that are important to them. This may be walking Daisy to the park, staying well or adjusting to a new routine. The Joint Community Rehabilitation service is at the heart of care in the community. Our teams assist older adults after an illness or injury get back to independence in their own home. As a JCR Support Worker, you will be supporting an everchanging group of people across the local community to regain independence. For more information about being a Support Worker for JCR please follow this link - Join us as a JCR support worker | East Sussex County Council.
