Become a superuser of our bespoke data management system (imanage), helping teams work smarter and more efficiently. Master Connect, our internal system for scheduling and diary management. Manage shared diaries for directors and support with key business communications. Send out client agreements using Adobe Sign and support with onboarding new clients. Get involved in organising events, from team-building days to business functions. Every task you take on will help you build confidence, sharpen your skills, and prepare you for the next step in your career pathway. What we’re looking for: Great communication and customer service skills. Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks. A team player with strong attention to detail. Professional presentation and a positive attitude. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Salary: £17,000 – £19,000 per annum. Location: 35 hours per week, hybrid working. Future progression: A guaranteed full-time role on completion, with clear career pathways into business support, technology, or specialist services.
