The Clinical Lead is accountable to the Clinical Director, working with the Operational Service Manager and Matron for:
· Providing clinical leadership within the clinical service
· To work in a collaborative manner within the management structure of the Directorate
· Monitoring the quality and safety of activities and proposing actions to address any concerns
· Planning and delivery of efficient, cost effective clinical services within resources available
· Promoting and leading innovation and improvements in clinical productivity
· Ensuring effective communication between the specialty and the Directorate and Divisional Teams
Delivery of research and development, teaching and training
