Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one ofthe UK's largest social housing contractorsin the UK, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Resident Liaison Officerin refurbishmentprojects to join them on a permanent basis out of their Wakefieldoffice. As a Resident Liaison Officer,you will be responsible for overseeing communication between residents, site teams and project managers, with regards to ongoing works.

What are we looking for?
* Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a customer-facing role within any housing sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.

* Experience working in occupied social housing environments.
