Use data to shape services, improve care and make a real difference
Join BrisDoc's Transformation team and play a key role in using data to improve how care is delivered. This role works closely with Practices, Practice Services and PCN colleagues to provide meaningful insight that supports day-to-day operations, service improvement and better decision-making.
You'll combine analytical expertise with a strong understanding of frontline services, helping turn data into practical insight that drives real-world impact.
You'll work as part of a matrix team, with professional support from Transformation and day-to-day collaboration with operational colleagues across Practice Services.
Main duties of the job
Who we're looking for
* Relevant qualification in data, analytics, business intelligence or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience working with data, reports, dashboards or analysis in a structured work environment
* Experience producing performance or operational reporting or service monitoring information
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Ability to identify trends, anomalies, gaps and improvement opportunities from data
* Good understanding of data quality, consistency and clear definitions in reporting
* Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools or data systems to organise, analyse and present information
* Experience of working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent, including dashboard development and reporting
* Experience of working in healthcare, primary care, PCN, NHS or a similar service environment
* Experience of using analytical insight to support service improvement, evaluation or operational decision-making
* Training or certification in Power BI, SQL, or other relevant analytics tools
