Package Description 12.60 per hour Casual hours typically between either 4:15am - 12:45pm & 12:30pm - 9:00pm Shift pattern generally 3 on 3 off late & early shifts Employee benefits, rewards and recognition Mandatory vetting You must be able to provide 5 years working history, and 5 years address history Staff car parking available Main Responsibilities Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts. Disposing of rubbish Organising linen laundry Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas Ideal Candidate Kitchen experience Highly motivated Attention to detail Able to work on own initiative within a team environment A good positive attitude
