A leading construction business is seeking a Qualifications Administrator to join their People Development Team. This is a vital role supporting the coordination and administration of workforce qualifications, ensuring all employees have the correct training and certifications in place to work safely and compliantly. The position is to start ASAP until the end of September.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finalising the companys qualification tracking spreadsheet, ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.
2. Uploading and maintaining qualification records and employee information on the COINS system.
3. Verifying certificates against required qualifications and following up on any discrepancies.
4. Identifying and logging core trades for multi-skilled workers as part of the enrolment process.
5. Supporting employees in replacing lost certificates and ensuring those without valid ones are correctly recorded as needing a qualification.
6. Coordinating the setup of OSAT (On-Site Assessment & Training) and EWPA (Experienced Worker Practical Assessment) providers, including sourcing local suppliers and managing related paperwork.
7. Enrolling employees onto OSATs and EWPAs and handling data submission and enrolment documentation.
