Tower Hamlets is calling for an enthusiastic Social Worker to join our dynamic Assessment & Intervention team. What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their specific needs.
* Undertake Section 47 enquiries to address child protection concerns effectively.
* Develop and implement safety plans ensuring the welfare and safety of all parties involved.
* Chair Child in Need (CIN) meetings to coordinate support and interventions.
* Manage risks and take necessary actions to progress cases to Child Protection conferences.
