We're working with a number of secondary schools across Fareham and the surrounding areas, looking for confident, energetic individuals to take on Cover Supervisor roles. No classroom experience? That's absolutely fine. If you're comfortable leading a group, thinking on your feet, and bringing energy into a room - we'll support you with everything else. You'll step into the classroom when teachers are unavailable, keeping lessons running smoothly and students on track. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials - Keeping students engaged, motivated, and focused - Managing behaviour in a calm, confident way - Following school routines and expectations - Providing feedback to teaching staff If you've played or studied sport, you already have many of the skills needed to succeed: - Confidence leading groups - Strong communication - Resilience and adaptability - The ability to stay calm under pressure This role gives you the chance to apply those strengths in a new environment - while gaining valuable experience. It's also a great stepping stone if you're considering a future in teaching, coaching, or working with young people. Many of our candidates use this role as a pathway into education.
