Carpe Diem Tours is an international tour operator known for delivering high-quality, experience-driven tours led by passionate local experts in various locations across Europe.
We are currently looking for a London-based copywriter with prior experience in travel writing (or closely related lifestyle content) who's interested in growing their portfolio.
The ideal candidate should:
* Be an English speaker
* Have strong knowledge of London and its "what's on" scene
* Be comfortable writing across a range of topics: food, attractions, itineraries, history, nightlife, and general travel inspiration. (For reference, please consult Carpe Diem Tours' blog to see the breadth of our topical coverage and The Tipsy Tours blog for nightlife/drink-related content.)
* Have a solid understanding of search intent and how blog content supports our tour products, including knowing when and how to naturally use CTAs
* Be familiar with SEO best practices for blog content (keyword usage, structure, internal linking, etc.)
* Be able to work independently and to brief
* Ideally be able to upload their work to our CMS — WordPress and Payload
Please note that this is a freelance, part-time role. The rate will be 25 GBP per hour.
