Hourly Rate: £12.37 per hourJob Overview: We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy wax assembly team in Worcester. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for candidates with previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling wax components to precise specifications
Inspecting finished parts for quality and consistency
Handling materials and tools in a safe and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following work instructions and production schedules
Supporting other departments as neededRequirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is essential
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
