Duties:
14. Lead and manage the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours, and first-time fix rates
15. Oversee customer-facing staff to maximise upselling opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
16. Adopt and utilise new digital systems and processes in line with our digitalisation strategy
17. Develop the skills, knowledge, and career progression of team members
18. Optimise operational processes within the customer journey, including Vehicle Health Checks
19. Ensure compliance with group financial procedures, DVSA MOT regulations, and health and safety standards
20. Make a positive impact across the dealership and department to support overall business goals
Requirements:
21. Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role within the automotive industry
22. Strong leadership and team management skills
23. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
24. Knowledge of workshop operational processes and digital systems
25. Ability to drive performance and motivate a team towards achieving targets
26. Full UK driving licence
