Programme Structure:
* Year 1: Classroom experience, observation, and pedagogy with reduced teaching hours.
* Year 2: Fully funded PGCE course with increased responsibilities, leading to QTS and progression on the teacher scale.
Throughout the program, candidates are mentored and encouraged to take on leadership roles. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the process closes once suitable candidates are found.
