The Transport Coordinator role: The purpose of a Transport Coordinator is to effectively plan driver and vehicle resources to achieve delivery/collection times, whilst optimising resources and adhering to WTD and drivers' hours legislation. Working hours will be 8.30-1700 Monday to Friday The key responsibilities of their Transport Coordinator will include: Creating and updating daily run summary in order to achieve delivery and collection deadlines. Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with other departments.
