Job Description:
Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent company based in the West End. The role can be homebased, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38,000 and £48,000. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available.
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
- Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritize workload, and deliver within deadlines.
- Meet client budgets and specific requirements.
- Process administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.
Skills Required:
* Touring or production experience is essential.
* Sabre knowledge is preferred but cross-training is available.
* Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
* Flexible working hours, e.g., 9 am to 6 pm or later start and finish times.
* Strong experience in reissues, ticketing, and refunds.
