Commercial Property Solicitor – Kettering Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in Kettering on behalf of a well-established and expanding Legal 500 recognised law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative property team with real scope for growth and career progression.
Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
Advise on a variety of transactions including leases, freehold acquisitions, development land, agricultural property, and more
Act for SIPPs/SASSs, corporate clients, individuals, and commercial lenders
Draft and negotiate Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
Engage directly with clients and support business development initiatives
Collaborate with a wider team of Commercial Property solicitors and partners across the region
Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE considered)
Strong knowledge of commercial property law
Confidently handling a diverse and complex caseload
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Motivated to contribute to business development and firm growth
A strong team ethic and proactive attitude
