Mission

Aftermarket Sales Director UK


Responsibilities

* Lead and drive aftermarket sales growth across the UK aftermarket portfolio
* Develop strategic customer relationships and secure high-value programmes across both military and commercial markets
* Own and manage key strategic customer relationships
* Lead major pursuits and proposals, including large multi-year programmes
* Identify and develop new aftermarket opportunities across military and commercial sectors
* Act as a senior commercial leader, influencing strategy and driving performance


What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

* Proven experience in aftermarket / MRO sales leadership (aerospace preferred)
* Strong track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
* Experience managing senior sales or account management teams
* Commercial acumen with the ability to lead strategic pursuits and negotiations
* Background in aerospace, defence, or engineering environments
* You will be a driven, proactive go-getter, comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing through barriers to win business
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate in a global, matrix environment
