Female Mental Health Support Worker Location - Blackpool £13.50 per hour Role Description – Female Mental Health Support Worker Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Female Mental Health Support Worker within the Blackpool area to support a female in her 20's who has a diagnosis of EUPD and lives independently in her own home receiving 2:1 support 24 hours a day. The person we support enjoys walking, listening to music, social media and spending time with her much loved pet cat. Female Mental Health Support Worker Required Skills and Experience * Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with EUPD * Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs * Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging. * Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. * You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
