We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Watford that’s looking for a brilliant SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting students with additional needs—whether that’s autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties—and helping them feel confident and capable in a busy secondary setting.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting students across KS1 and KS2, in class and 1:1
• Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials
• Helping students manage routines, relationships, and transitions
• Being a steady, kind presence—especially when things feel tough
You’ll need:
• Experience working with young people (school-based or not!)
• A calm, reassuring approach and excellent communication skills
• A flexible mindset and a passion for helping every learner thrive
• SEN training or experience is great – personal experience counts!
