You’ll be responsible for: Month-end close, management accounts, and group consolidation Preparing management information and insightful board packs Budgeting, forecasting, and adding commercial commentary Ensuring compliance across VAT, tax, R&D, and audit standards Managing the audit process and liaising with external advisors Improving systems, processes, and ERP efficiency Creating KPI dashboards and delivering actionable financial insight Mentoring and supporting a small finance team About you This role suits a qualified (or finalist) ACA / ACCA accountant from practice who’s ready to take their first step into industry. You’ll be confident with financial reporting, audit principles, and controls — and eager to broaden your experience in a fast-paced business setting.
