About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator with payroll experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, enjoys working independently, and has the confidence to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the business. This is a true generalist role and it will play a key part in supporting recruitment, HR operations, and payroll while helping us create a positive employee experience. Skills & Qualifications 2 years’ experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or payroll support. Hands-on approach, with the confidence to interact effectively with people at all levels of the business. Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and payroll systems. Key Competencies Proactive and self-motivated. Hands-on and solution oriented. Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
