Responsibilities
* Create, maintain and evolve a workspace that drives collaboration, community and excellence
* Set and uphold workspace standards across the estate, including ways of working (including clear desk policy), office etiquette, quality expectations and end‑of‑day reset
* Own the day‑to‑day operation of the central office environment
* Act as primary point of contact with Landlord and Housekeeping providers, as well as any office deliveries
* Plan and coordinate central office events and training (including logistics, set‑up and on‑the‑day running) in partnership with relevant teams
* Own central health & safety compliance for the office environment ensuring all required training is completed
* Champion and support community across the central team through a structured programme of office events and shared rituals that encourage connections
Qualifications
* Experience managing an office or single‑site environment in a growing organisation
* Strong judgement in balancing operational delivery, experience and risk
* Comfortable operating as a sole accountable owner in a busy environment
* Clear communicator able to work across teams and with external partners
