Reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of telesales executives to achieve ambitious appointment and revenue targets.
This hands-on leadership role involves performance management, campaign planning, and creating an energetic, winning culture on the sales floor.
As Inside Sales Floor Manager, your tasks include:
1. Coaching and developing individuals using GROW and SMART methods
2. Driving daily performance through live floor management
3. Monitoring KPIs and analysing MI to improve conversion rates
4. Implementing new sales incentives to boost motivation and results
5. Ensuring CRM data quality and optimising lead generation
