Catering and Hospitality Assistant (Union House) (Part-time, 21.75 hours per week)

Catering & Hospitality Assistants play a vital role in supporting 'The Campus Kitchen' at UEA by assisting with barista and food service throughout the day.
Working across our 14 outlets and busy hospitality department (mainly in Union), you will help with food and drink preparation, service, catering delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting at various functions and events.
Based in The Hive at the campus center, Union serves students and staff with fresh coffee, bubble tea, hot flatbreads, croissants, and patisserie items daily.
As a team member, you will ensure smooth service, uphold high food standards, and create a welcoming environment, whether behind the scenes or engaging with customers.

You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent customer service, and support your colleagues with enthusiasm.
Previous catering experience with relevant training is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided. Shifts will mainly be on weekends, with some weekday shifts in Union, including day and evening hours.
