Legal Counsel – IT / Commercial
We are working working on a strong Legal Counsel opportunity with a well-known international consumer technology business operating at scale across Europe.
This role sits as a dedicated business partner to a key commercial division, supporting a fast-paced, product-led environment across retail, online and partner channels.
The role:
* Broad mix of commercial contracts, including IT and SaaS agreements
* Advising on marketing, promotions and consumer law
* Supporting distribution models, reseller arrangements and competition matters
* Acting as a day-to-day legal contact for sales, marketing and operations
* Contributing to playbooks, templates and process improvements
What they’re looking for:
* ~6–10 PQE (flexible)
* Strong grounding in commercial / technology contracts
* Experience operating in a business-facing, stakeholder-heavy environment
* Someone who can give clear, pragmatic advice
