 
        
        We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making, support financial transformation projects, and gain broad exposure across core accounting functions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
 1. Supporting the production of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and financial statements.
 2. Reconciling and processing accruals and prepayments, identifying anomalies and working with Finance Business Partners to resolve them.
 3. Investigating budget variances and contributing to business solutions.
 4. Assisting in the development of insightful financial reports to improve cost control and decision-making.
 5. Playing a key role in transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
 6. Reviewing and enhancing finance systems and processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
 7. Collaborating across teams to support effective communication and continuous improvement.

 8. A strong foundation in accounting principles, with experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
