Finance Analyst (Part Qual or Fully Qual)

Our client is hiring their first FP&A Analyst — a rare opportunity to step into a role with full visibility across the business and direct exposure to the Finance Director and leadership team.
Instead of sitting in a reporting function, you'll act as the commercial analyst with support from the FD, owning the models and insights that shape key decisions across the company.

What you'll do
* Own (with support and training) the 3-way financial model and rolling cash forecast
* Lead budgeting, reforecasting and strategic planning
* Analyse SKU-level profitability and trading performance
* Build BI dashboards and automate reporting
* Partner with leadership on commercial decisions and new opportunities.
What we're looking for
* 1–3 years in FP&A or Commercial Finance
* Experience in Retail / D2C / FMCG or inventory-heavy businesses
* Studying towards ACCA / CIMA / ACA
* Strong modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
* Commercial mindset and confidence to challenge assumptions.
