Operations Manager Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- 2 years Responsible Individual experience Essential - This role would be inclusive of RI
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
