As we expand into our new facility, we're looking to welcome enthusiastic warehouse operatives to support the site's launch and growth. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, taking on a diverse range of warehouse tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
How you create impact
* Operate Warehouse Management Systems to meet operational requirements for individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.
* Respond constructively to customer and internal department requests.
* Provide accurate individual productivity performance measurement figures e.g. daily activity tracker.
* Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and share ideas.
* Report stock reconciliation issues found to Team Leader.
What we would like you to bring
* Understanding warehouse practices e.g. receipting, picking, loading.
* Experience of working to agreed targets.
* Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
