Summary of Duties
* The Restaurant Shift Manager will be the main point of contact for the team during their working day.
* Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Restaurant Shift Manager will ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team and that the team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demands whilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high.
* You will support and coach your team to ensure they deliver a great experience, and are also driving any key targets, such as add on sales or promotions.
* This is an operational guest facing role, therefore, all non-guest facing tasks and activities will be allocated within your working week to allow you to spend the majority of your time within your venue and with the guests.
About You
* We are looking for an experienced leader from within a volume-led Food & Beverage (F&B) environment that can support the team to deliver fantastic service.
* You should have previous experience leading within a busy restaurant or food environment where a balance of speed and quality are both important.
* You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.
* Possess the ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
* With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for your team and guests each day.
£28k - £30k Annual Bonus.
