The CDM Principal Designer's role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will:

Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 Regulations

Act as Principal Designer on a variety of infrastructure projects
*
Attend and contribute to early design risk review meetings
*
Liaise closely with both clients and design teams
*
Manage documentation, design reviews and safety requirements
The CDM Principal Designer
*
2+ years in a CDM Principal Designer or similar role (essential)
*
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent safety qualification (essential)
*
TechIOSH membership (preferred)
*
APS membership (preferred)
*
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
*
Experience within infrastructure projects (preferred)
*
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
