8am - 5pm (40 hours)

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our local well-established, nationwide client. You will be highly motivated with a proactive approach to your work whilst providing excellent customer service.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor are:
· Handle incoming phone calls and emails from an established customer base.
· Process quotes for tenders and then converting quotes to orders.
· Interpret customer needs and process orders on the computer in a fast-paced environment until invoiced.
· Maintain a high level of customer service at all times whilst understanding the motivations and needs of the customer.
· General admin duties.
The key requirements of the Customer Service Advisor include:

· Process driven and able to work with clearly defined procedures.
· IT literate including Microsoft Office.
· Able to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
