ABP Perth have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Administrator & Stores Person.
The successful candidate will support the operation of the Engineering Department through the effective management of the Pirana CMMS and compilation of Engineering reports.
The Role involves:
Obtaining weekly data for reports to be supplied to Group
Assisting in placing department orders and managing stock control.
Raising POs, taking deliveries and processing delivery notes and invoices
General administration duties ensuring that all documentation is audit ready
To maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the store, fully complying with 5S principles
Work closely with other departments around finance, health and safety etc.
Updating risk tracker document to follow compliance with site.
Contacting external contractors for emergencies such as breakdowns and drain unblocking.
Attending weekly meetings with other departments to communicate any outstanding repairs/maintenance
Any other duties as required
Requirements
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
Previous experience of computerised stock systems
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems
Experience of Excel, Power BI & Pirana desirable
Have the ability to work as part of a team
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 4:30pm
