You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with:
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice
* Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and support at all levels
* Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism
* Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset
* A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach
Experience in education or safeguarding? That's a bonus - not essential.
