Bevan Brittan has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join the Business Support Services team. The team supports our lawyers by completing a wide range of administration tasks. The hours are 36.25 per week, working 7.25-hour shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday; we are open to considering requests for flexible working. This role is based in our Leeds office.
Main responsibilities
* Electronic filing using our document management system
* Processing incoming post
* Compiling electronic bundles for court
* Conflict searching and matter opening
* Courier management
* Processing incoming requests via the departmental inbox
* Reprographics
* Supporting travel requests
* Maintaining stationery supplies

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:
* Quality and customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within a professional services environment
* IT literate with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible, willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
* Confident verbal and written communication skills
