We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to support our Area Leadership Team. You’ll also have the ability to manage your own workloads to prioritise competing demands. Tasks that the successful candidate will undertake include: diary and email management tracking of actions preparing meetings, both in person and virtual formats hotel and travel arrangements key system and process administration handling enquiries and requests We are looking for a practical and self-motivated individual who is confident working unsupervised but equally happy working as part of team. While some time working in one of our office’s will be required, we offer a hybrid working environment. Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be asked to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment, and full training will be available to support you with your incident role.
