Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in both care home and home care settings. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing care plans and assisting with daily activities.
Post is for Nights only.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support individuals with mobility and physical activities as needed.
* Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to senior staff.
* Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment for clients.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
* Experience or knowledge of care home settings is advantageous.
* Familiarity with creating and following care plans is beneficial.
* Previous experience in home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
* Proficiency in IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
