Overview
London. Our client is an award-winning events and publishing media business and, due to record growth, they are now looking to hire a delegate sales person to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and ambitious individual who is eager to move into a sales role focused on working within the fast-paced world of B2B events.
Responsibilities
* Key account management (approximately 60% of the role).
* New business development (approximately 40% of the role).
* Generate leads via marketing initiatives and existing database sources.
* Close deals and achieve revenue targets, earning commission.
* Build and nurture relationships with event organisers, sponsors and media partners.
Qualifications
* 12 months of phone sales experience (ideally in B2B events or media).
* Excellent account management skills.
* Strong desire to close deals and earn commission.
* Resilient, proactive and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
* Excellent communication skills and a vibrant, enthusiastic attitude.
Benefits
* Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
