Description Job Title: Admin Assistant Reporting to: Family Time manager Hours: 16 - 20 Hours per week. Working closely with the Family Time Manager, this role is to assist with the administration of enquiries, ensuring that they are all followed up in a timely manner. It will involve scheduling of work, sourcing and rostering of staff Location: Holbury Offices Essential Skills Experience of working in the Childcare/Social Care Experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment that can require daily re-focusing on new priorities. Experience of working with Microsoft Office. Organised and the ability to independently prioritise tasks. The ability to work alone when required and to be self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable Style Whilst not essential, a qualification in Childcare/Social Care, administration and education would be highly beneficial. The use and understanding Microsoft Teams as a main working tool. Experience of working with Teams desirable. To have a flexible attitude towards work. Have an open attitude towards learning and be aware of areas of development and training requirements.
