The Role Preferred Days/times 2 PAs from 6-7 PM on Fridays and 1 PA for Saturdays 9-10 AM 3 hours per week Tasks/duties Personal Care 2:1 with use of Hoist Client Main Diagnosis Cerebral Palsy (quadriplegic) Epilepsy (previously diagnosed with West Syndrome) Gastronomy fed (PEG) to supplement oral diet, food and fluid intake. Registered as partially sighted and wears glasses to correct their vision Manual Handling Use of hoist with one other PA Pets Two friendly dogs Communication No communication barriers Client Enjoys Baking with their family, ten pin bowling (which they are really good at) and accessing the community, spending time on their iPad watching You Tube, likes babies and naughty dogs who are told off for misbehaving, art, such as painting and they love to have their nails painted. They love garden centres especially going to Wigston garden centre They love dogs, especially the dogs at home called Stanley and Bobby This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, positive and friendly Genuine applicants only please.
