Job Title: Sous Chef

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hertfordshire for a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to support a busy, high-quality food operation spanning restaurants, bars, and event catering venues.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. Youll assist the Executive Chef with kitchen operations, lead service across multiple outlets, and play a major role in staff supervision and menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
* Lead and supervise the team during service
* Plan and order stock, and manage kitchen rotas
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Work across multiple venues on-site as needed
* Mentor junior chefs and maintain high morale and team culture
