Franchise Development Consultant (AKA Recruitment Coach) - Job Description
Key Purpose of the Role:
To assist the Director of International Franchising (DIF) to grow Reed Franchise Partnerships in terms of headcount and profitability. Coaching, training and supporting our franchisees will be central in achieving this, as will assisting in franchise sales.
Account Management with Franchisees
Manage the relationship with assigned franchisees. Hold regular calls with them to foster growth and gain oversight of WIP. Record synopses of calls on HubSpot using CoPilot to summarise meeting transcripts. Coach franchisees towards better performance. Inform franchisees of developments at Reed and RFP. Organise and participate in monthly franchisee group calls. Help to develop split business between RSR and franchisee and franchisee to franchisee splits. Help franchisees grow their turnover and profitability. Encourage franchisees to participate in and use RFP/Reed resources and tools. Manage credit control with assigned franchisees. Ensure assigned franchisees operate within the contractual framework of their Franchise Agreement.
Learning & Development
Assist DIF in delivery of franchisee and staff induction training. Identify training needs with franchisees. Conduct ad hoc training sessions with franchisees as and when needed. Encourage and guide franchisees and their staff to use the LMS and to join online workshops. Assist DIF in keeping franchisee training up to date with market and technological developments.
Conduct c50% of first calls with new franchisee prospects generated by lead generation AI. Conduct sales presentations to prospects with the DIF. Assist DIF in closing sales. Conduct X3 demonstration calls with prospects (after handover) Assist in on boarding of new franchisees. Maintain consistent online activity (particularly LinkedIn) to raise RFP's profile. Build LinkedIn connections and RFP followers across target audiences. Manage prospect workflows on HubSpot.
Operations
Keep up to date with new developments in recruitment/recruitment technology and inform of matters which could benefit RFP and its franchisees. Load new franchisee's data onto X3 via automated upload process.
Other
Work with IDF on strategy to grow RFP profitably. Work with IDF on execution and delivery of projects undertaken by RFP.

That Reed Franchise Partnerships meets its financial targets.
That franchisee headcount increases in accordance with plan.
That franchisees are supported so that the hit their financial targets.
