About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Paid Media wizard — someone who eats CPCs for breakfast, dreams in data, and gets a thrill from a perfectly optimised campaign.
You’ll be the go-to guru for all things paid — building scroll-stopping ads, crafting killer strategies, and turning clicks into conversions. Whether it’s Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn, you know how to make those platforms sing.
You’ll work alongside a friendly bunch of strategists, creatives, and digital nerds who love what they do (and will absolutely talk your ear off about ROAS if you let them).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running paid media campaigns that actually perform — across Google, Meta, and beyond.
* Testing, tweaking, and tracking until the numbers make you proud.
* Managing budgets like a boss — delivering results, not just reports.
* Working with creatives to make ads that pop (and convert).
* Spotting trends, sharing insights, and staying two steps ahead of the algorithm.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience running paid media campaigns (agency or in-house — we’re not picky).
* A data-driven brain and a creative streak to match.
* Confidence with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
* The ability to talk metrics and memes.
* Curiosity, positivity, and just the right amount of caffeine addiction.
